The JVC KD-DV5500 is a automotive in-dash CD/DVD receiver. It is capable of playing WAV/MP3/WMA/MPEG1 and is compatible with burned DVD/CD discs and there is a front auxiliary input making it easy to connect a digital audio player with a 1/8" jack.
It is satellite radio and CD changer ready and can also be connected to an iPod, with additional adapter. The MOS-FET power amp and 24-bit DAC gives great sound for music and movies putting out 50 watts maximum or 20 watts RMS output to 4 channels and there is a built in 3 band EQ.
